Job Description

The Contracting Officer is assisting Contracting Manager in organizing and maintaining supplier contract rates. Responsibilities of update pricing and ensure all contract are clear and correct under supervision from Contracting Manager.

Job Task & Responsibilities

  • Helping and assisting Contracting manager in contracting to all suppliers checks any new rates that are obtained.
  • To ensures all contracts received are clear and correct.
  • To ensure that rates are competitive if not negotiates with supplier.
  • Filling and recording data for contracting
  • Provide creation of the correct yearly sales prices together with Contracting Manager before submitted to Sales Manager
  • To ensure that the clients have access to the correct sales prices online
  • Supporting for submitting or updating all new or revised sales prices to every department concerned
  • Together with Sales Support for correct and organized filing of contracts
  • Assists with any projects or tasks regarding suppliers (Due diligence, resolving complaints, etc).
  • Assists sales department during peaks.

Sub task & responsibilities:

  • Inspecting properties and/or services of (new) suppliers
  • Starting relationships with new suppliers
  • Keep product development department up-to-date on new developments, suppliers and prices
  • Obtaining allotments from hotel partners
  • Join the Weekly meetings with sales team

Job Description

Marketing Support is a support role to the marketing and sales managers and assistant marketing manager, and to plan and implement regarding activities in website, newsletter, sales kits, promotional materials and market analyses to meet company targets. You report to the Sales Manager.

Job Task & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for website content creation and management
  • Actively analizing tour operator websites to get potential clients
  • Preparing and creating the various Happy Trails Asia newsletters
  • Assisting the HR managers and IT Team in the creation of materials for internal marketing usage.
  • Creating various promotional materials for the company through the medium of graphic design
  • Creation of videos for internal and external usage.
  • Joining meeting and inspection regarding Marketing side
  • Assisting Product and Development in the presentation of new products & services for existing clients and new clients/markets
  • Maintain the company’s B2B/B2C site and keep it up to date
  • Update, planning and analyzing news items, Facebook and Twitter
  • Together with Product development department develop or adjust programs on the site
  • Maintain and update the website according to the SEO/SEA marketing results
  • Assist the assistant marketing manager in analyzing, contacting and following up on potential new markets and clients
  • Assist the sales manager in analyzing current clients and how to enhance their revenue generation.
  • Assist in the preparation of travel fairs, inspection trips.

Job Description

Interns will be involved in relaunch of Nusa di Nusa Project and supporting in Website B2C, organizing and updating data. Interns will also have the opportunity to participate in client and consultant meetings and lunches as well as communication initiatives.

Task & Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research for B2C
  • Involving in relaunch od umbrella brand Nusa di Nusa
  • Perform analysis of marketing and sales data
  • Supporting Sales team in preparing data for B2C platform

Overall job purpose
Responsibilities for keeping Accounts receivables and Account payable  always updates, monitoring the payments including the overdue invoices from our business partners

Requirement :

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Age 25-30 years, Single
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and good computer skills
  • Basic accounting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous, self-motivated, responsible and hardworking
  • Team player.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Handle Accounts Receivable & Account Payable.
  • Taxes Filings & Reporting.
  • Update data and provide with accurate and timely reporting.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting as required
  • Manage & update Petty Cash & Bank Book.
  • Preparation of bank reconciliations and follow up
  • Handling ad-hoc assignments as need
  • Creating & updating staff monthly timesheets.
  • Keeping track of staff leaves (Annual / Unpaid Leaves)
