Job Description

The Contracting Manager is responsible to organizing and maintaining supplier contract rates and assisting the Sales Manager for the coordination of the sales team and their activities.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Does all the contracting to all suppliers then checks any new rates that are obtained.
  • Ensures all contracts received are clear and correct.
  • Ensures that rates are competitive if not negotiates with supplier.
  • Responsible for the creation of the correct yearly sales prices together with management
  • Responsible for making sure the clients have access to the correct sales prices online
  • Responsible for submitting or updating all new or revised sales prices to every department concerned.
  • Supervises the correct and organized filing of contracts by Sales support staff
  • Assists with any projects or tasks regarding suppliers (Due diligence, resolving complaints, etc).
  • Assists sales department during peaks.
  • Handling or solving all complaints that arise from internal operation or tours in collaboration with the Operation and Accounting units, and communicating the solution to the Sales Manager.

The Product Manager is responsible for develops products by identifying potential products; conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; developing marketing strategies

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of local destination coordinators, including training and controlling of activities
  • Develop a team of local destination coordinators throughout the archipelago
  • Seek possibilities for the company to expand its footprint in terms of self-operated products/services
  • Ensure quality control of services within the destinations
  • Have regular meetings with suppliers on quality issues
  • Have monthly meetings with inbound and operational managers related to complaints/quality issues/improvements

Responsibilities for keeping Accounts receivables and Account payable  always updates, monitoring the payments including the overdue invoices from our business partners

Requirement :

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Age 25-30 years, Single
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and good computer skills
  • Basic accounting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous, self-motivated, responsible and hardworking
  • Team player.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Handle Accounts Receivable & Account Payable.
  • Taxes Filings & Reporting.
  • Update data and provide with accurate and timely reporting.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting as required
  • Manage & update Petty Cash & Bank Book.
  • Preparation of bank reconciliations and follow up
  • Handling ad-hoc assignments as need
  • Creating & updating staff monthly timesheets.
  • Keeping track of staff leaves (Annual / Unpaid Leaves)
